- We DO NOT refund products once they have been opened.

This includes opened LIVE.

- Your pull experience will be different from others. We have no way of telling what cards you will get.

- We are not under any obligation to "make up" for anything. If we choose too, it's because we like you. 

-  Live chats and topics are kept as clean as possible, however, not everything gets censored. Our streams are PG-13

- Sometimes TikTok or other vendors may not let us combine your whole order. In these cases we usually ship everything in a big box, but may still send you "Team Rocket Mail" because we have to show we shipped everything. It's a fun way for us to engage with you.
